Enroll Your Child in Jolly

I/We, as parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of the above-named child, give permission for my/our child to participate in all Jolly Education activities, including indoor and outdoor play, classes, games, and outings, where applicable. I/We understand that participation involves certain inherent risks of injury and agree to assume such risks on behalf of my/our child. I/We hereby release and hold harmless Jolly Education, its owners, staff, employees, and volunteers from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from my/our child's participation in camp activities, except where prohibited by law. In the event of illness or injury, if I/we cannot be reached, I/we authorize Jolly Camp to obtain emergency medical care for my/our child, and I/we agree to be responsible for any related costs.

Summer Camp refund schedule:

• On or before May 31, 2026: Full refund of paid camp fees, less a $25 non-refundable administrative fee per registration.

• June 1, 2026 through the first day of the registered camp week: 50% refund of paid camp fees for the affected week(s).

• After the camp week begins: No refund.

Regular programs (school-year tutoring): Cancellation and refund terms are handled case-by-case. Please contact the Jolly Education school administrator directly to discuss your options.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@jollyedu.ca. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
